Problems contacting KONI...
Well I took my KONI sports out, they have been sitting for quite some time since I dont have a running car yet lol. But I have seemed to misplace 3 of the metal sleeves that go into the top hat, along with the little adjustment ***** (pliers work but the **** is easier lol) and on inspection I definately need new bump stops and paint. Well I called KONI 8 times, left my name and number 4 times (nobody would answer any of the lines), finally sent a request for contact or w/e on their site. I was contacted through email. The responder deleted my 1st email on accident and I had to ask again for prices and the pieces I need. It has been days and still no response. IDK if its just me but it has been terrible customer support. I cant get a hold of them and I need these pieces. I mean damn I am trying to give them money. WTF can I do in this situation?
Wasn't there a thread a couple pages back with an almost identical title?

This is two reports I've heard lately about Koni customer service. Wow.

what is this? the anti koni crowd comes to HT? i've called koni customer service multiple times since 1997 and gotten through within 10 minutes. warrantied 3 shocks over the past decade and had really fast turn arounds.
I'm not anti Koni, I love their products! But the customer support that I have been dealing with makes me think less of them. They are a huge company that has been around for much longer than I have been alive but must be lacking in that area. Seriously I placed my phone calls on different days and different times during their business hours still nothing. I once called 3 times in a row and I get the answering machine every time!
