1997 civic hatch 12v power outlet no power?

does anyone no why my power outlet is dead? or getting no power? tried to charge gps and it doesnt...(yes my gps charger works) thanks HT

same thing in my coupe, probably just a fuse.

fuse, however if you have extremely incorrectly modified (either by you or someone else) wiring going on back there you could have melted wires and god knows what, however if she's a virgin, it should be a fuse
