FS as whole or part out: 94 db8, built b20vtec, 5 lug, itr wheels

-204,xxx miles on body
-40k on engine since build- have papers for the build
-itr 5 lug setup
-itr wheels
-36mm type r axles
-extended lugs
-B20 bottom end
-ARP main and rod bolts
-Eagle rods
-CP 9:1 pistons
-stock GS-R head
-Skunk2 intake manifold
-GS-R trans with NO grinds
Does have some body dings that will be pictured, and some paint fading that will also be pictured.
Windows will not roll down- not sure the cause but I think its a relay.

-$1400 longblock (head and block only- oil pan to VC)
-$2000 entire swap minus axles and tranny
-$1150 5 lug setup (knuckles, brakes, axles, wheels, tires)---- BUYER MUST SUPPLY 4 LUG SETUP TO MAKE CAR ROLLING CHASSIS!!!!
-$2000 rolling shell including 5 lug setup
-$900 shell--- You bring your own 4 lug setup
-$450 tranny
ALL PRICES ARE OBO and are slightly negotiable... if you do not like the prices then good for you

umm ok well i sent you a text and never got a response? well if you still got i have a couple of ? for you.
1.does the car have a clean title/is it in your hands?
2.is the car driveable?
3.whats the issue with the brakes/clutch?
