Quick rim question..

Hi, I saw this pic on google and I like these rims but have no idea what they are, they look like 16s wit a mean offset but they are sick! Does anyone know?

J-Line's 10RL2's or 10SL2's (depending on if the wheel has a step lip or not)

They look like 16s but what do you think the approx offset is? I know you can't really tell from a pic... But any idea?
