Default Nakayama Exhaust

Does anyone know much about the Nakayama Exhaust. I know it is just the muffler, but I am going to get custom piping, so that is all I want. How is the exhaust with full 2.5 in piping. Sound wise, power wise? I am pretty sure the exhuast is 2.5 inlet and outlet. Does anyone have one? I want a fairly quiet exhuast for normal driving, but noticeable when I get on it.

Sorry if this isn't ITR or JDM related, but no one in the integra forum can help me...

Nakayama is generic crap.

If you want a quiet exhaust, get an Apex World Sport exhaust system.

Yeah, I have no first hand experience.........but I have never heard anything good about Nakayama..............you can tell usually by the welds/size of pipe/materials used/company's other products.......

Since your running NA
2.25 is already enough
you'll lose power going to 2.5
BTW pm me we haven't talked in months
LOL
MugenNeuspeed
Go with an Thermal or Apexi for low end

I was under the impression going from 2.25 to 2.5 would be beneficial with some decent mods...i/h/c and then the exhaust...agreed to big is bad but 2.5..i think is juuuust right..

That is what I thought as well. I'll probably get DC 4-1, high flow cat, then 2.5in exhuast. Or, all at the same time. I already have an AEM CAI. Like I said, I'll probably have the local muffler shop custom make me piping, for MUCH cheaper.
