hey guys i work at a autowrecker and a si eg hatch just came in on a scrap it program but i asked my boss if i could snag the exhaust off it for my car, so my question is will a magnaflow catback exhaust off a eg hatch fit my 2000 integra gsr? will it need some modification?

 

It should. Usually EG and DC exhausts are interchangeable. If you had a DB, then you might have to extend it a bit.

 

You usually get to pull parts for free?

 

yea the flange to the cat orthe header is probably turned or different... but all teh bends and lengths are probably ok..

 

well i got this exhaust for dirt cheap, and i pulled it off the car on my lunch.

eg hatch has a shorter axleback
so that would have to be extended everything else is the same...what wrecker you work at..i work at 1 too

 

DC/EG exhausts are exactly the same dimensions. They fit either car with no modifications. The DB (4 door integra) exhausts is slightly longer.
