Default crazy front tend shake

so it all started when i replaced my axles cause they were clicking under load.

then the new axles were VIBRATING under 2nd gear. and little later i start getting this crazy front end shake at above 60 MPH at first i thought it was an alignment so i got one. but didnt fix it. so then i balanced my wheels. didnt fix it then i rotated the wheels cause i one was slightly bent but that didnt help.
what can be the problem?
replace the brand new axles?

i was reading more and seems like i need hub centric rings because my enkei's bore is bigger than the outer bore of my hub. by alot i will measure 2m.

but on the shaking under load. i really think is the axles i replaced the driver lower mount cause it was the only one torn up but didnt fix it. who knows maybe is the hub centric rings as well
