Default gsr freshening up

Ok guys, I know some of you have been around a while and are pretty resourceful. I just bought my brother in laws 94 GSR. Im not new to cars, but am new to honda. I just had my b18c1 head redone and its now fresh from the machine shop. I also want to replace my rings while I have the engine this far down. I have a list of things I want to do and a budget of 400 dollars with 20 for shipping. I was hoping you guys could help me find this stuff in my price range:
Rings (standard bore)
Head gasket and all upper gaskets
oil pan gasket
Replacement head bolts
water pump
timing belt

Shoot me some good vendors or a good parts list:
perhaps some of this stuff could come from autozone and that could afford me extra cash for arp head studs, etc? So what Im asking for is a good build up list for the rest of my cash. Im not looking for much more than the stock performance to the 200hp range. Thanks everyone

i third this, go with OEM honda parts, sometimes you can find on Ebay stores, OEM honda package deals, where you will get timing belt/water pump combo, etc. I usually have to do this since my closest acura dealer is 90 miles away.

Yea guy, go OEM. I don't think any of those parts, aftermarket or not, would net you any HP gains anyway.
