Couple Questions on what i can use on what in which car.

On my previous b16 I was able to run an LS exhaust manifold.

And I have always been under the impression that that wasnt possible.

And i was always told that b16/gsr was the same exhaust manifold.

So doesnt that mean that i can use my LS manifold on my gsr?

I have a header, but for BAR i need to run a stock mani. LS mani has one O2 sensor, which will work for my 4 wire.

But i just want to know if that will bolt up.

i believe all b series exhaust manifolds will interchange. The intake manifolds on the other hand are a lot different the gsr one is upside down, the b16 and type r are interchangeable and the b20/ls are interchangeable. Thats what they might have had in mind when they told you the manifolds are different.
