94 civic ls swap failing CA smog. Calling all Honda Smog gurus

Failing 15/50
high hc co and nox
need some suggestions. Im already going to run injector cleaner and top end cleaner to get some gunk out, and possible checking the map sensor.
Any other suggestions to fix the issue
i will also take advice on how to pass without having to initially fix the issue, but i would in the long run like to fix the issue. thanks

First check and make sure your O2 sensor is working properly. If it's not. Then the Air fuel ratio will not be correct for the Catalytic converter to operate properly.
Thanks for reducing the image. I have a spare o2 I'll try in there and I hope to jebus I don't have to buy a cat. I'll keep trying stuff.

I would assume it is because a Civic with an Integra engine is smogged (and must conform to the requirements of) an Integra.
This is assuming the OP had the car put through the BAR and the swap is certified.
