Default SOHC ZC Runs Rich..NO CEL

Ok ive got a 91 crx si with a sohc zc non vtec, Complete Y8 intake and TB, CAI, Header,Hiflo Cat and Tanabe cat back.
I have no CEL's but it runs pretty rich and backfires from time to time when shifting, its smokes a little after deceleration and then accelerating again and also at WOT.. Timing is correct, i plan on changin the IAT to see if that helps, Any other suggestions?

Which injectors? Which wires? Test the resistance on your wires. Also which plugs are you using? Try some new v-powers.

You sure its running rich and not burning oil? What's your fuel economy like? It may not be an overfueling problem but maybe an inefficient spark problem. You're running the appropriate ecu/injectors so that's what im thinking. Use a multimeter and test the resistance across your wires. Also make sure your pluges are gapped to oem 88-91 Si spec or even a bit tighter. Only other things i can think of are cleaning your map, iat, and coolant temp sensors. Where does the needle on your temp gauge say at full operating temp? Cam timing is dead on?

Cam timing is dead on (still original timing belt) Burns a little oil but not much and i assumed it was from the fuel washing it off the cylinders since it runs rich...temp gauge is normal, ill clean the sensors and let ya kno...Thanks again
