We purchased a new Honda Civic EX-L. We love the car it is great, however we have had an issue with the radio controls on the steering wheel. What happens is sometimes they do not work and sometimes they do. The dealer said they replaced the remote in the steering wheel that controls the radio. It stills does it though. Not all the time just sometimes. The dealer said they will not replace the actual radio because if it was the radio the sound would go in and out--Does not make sense to us either--

I think it has something to do with the radio, but they will not listen because they can not get it to act up. Funny thing about an hour after we left dealership it happens again. The controls for the cruise control have yet to act up only the radio controls.

Has anyone experienced this and if so how did you fix it. It is a stock set up. We did not get the xm radio only the cd player with the MP3 hook up in the armrest.
