This morning i hit a puddle and got water in my engine. car stalled so I pulled all the spark plugs out and cranked the key to get some water out. I then put new plugs in and the car finally cranked over. it ran rough for a while at idle but eventually smoothed out after letting it run for 15 minutes revved at 1500 rpm and it finally cleared up. My car runs fine out of boost but it shut off when i go into boost alittle. Any advice on whats up.

 

If the cars fine now then why worry ? If you ****ed something up you would know about it for sure.

 

 

Is it spuddering out or just flat out dieing? If its spuddering add some octane booster and get the water out. More boost, more air, more fuel. U may have water still mixing in with the fuel from the intake

 

change the oil also i would have done that 1st.

 

agree
