Whatever home depot sells (1/8th" maybe). If I get a chance I'll measure mine tonight and let you know.

I use 1/8 home depot but to be honest it sucks and scratch easy, I think there is a more scratch resistant lexan like the MR10 which i dont think home depot lexan is, its probably cheaper to buy from a plastics place too.

We got ours from Professional Plastics. They're in Fullerton so they're local to you. I'm forgetting now what thickness we used, but I think it was 1/8" or a bit thinner. The 4'x8' sheet was under $100 and we were able to do the quarter panel windows and hatch on our 92 Integra.

are ya'll using rivets or urethane? I can't stand the look of rivets and I'm wondering how hard the urethane is to work with.

I too am curious how everyone else fastens the windows. I personally use a #8 phillips screw with a finish washer. I like to be able to remove a window if I have to gain access to the rear of my car.

We used rivets and urethane (primarily to "seal" it). Being able to remove the windows would be nice, and if that was the goal I guess you could use some sort of foam/rubber gasket to seal the window if needed.

1/8" thick on my car. Wooks good if you bolt it down good.

Not sure on the "best" type to buy though.

Are you guys heating it to bend for like the hatch on an EJ6 or EG or just using muscle, 1/8" flexes pretty well I guess?

I worked in a glass shop for years and cut lexan a lot, just a tip after you cut it, hit the edges with a torch to clean it up. Looks like a smooth glass afterwords.

We formed ours over the stock glass which we heated with a torch. We'd never done anything like this before, so it was a best guess at what may work. It worked OK, not great. But we were also dealing with a pretty complex bend. It ended up being a bit ghetto, but hey, it's a LeMons car.

The FAL pieces are 1/8" thick and damn nice if you can fit them in your budget!

i only did the rear hatch on the eg (the old peice was old). but once i found out i had to add weight i swapped it back for glass. but when i had it in there i had it just like stock glass. 2 hinges up top and a spring cli in the bottom to hold it shut.
