Default New Oil Catch Can (Battery Location)

Tired of having to relocate your battery to the trunk? Running wires to the back to run a cut off switch, especially on a street car?

This is my new design that incorporates a catch can and a battery in the same oem battery location.

You use the oem battery tye down over both the catch can and battery. I ran out of bungs, thats why there are non on the catch can now. Im going to put two on the side wher the fuel filter is.

I sure hope you have a filter in those two lines you are going to run because that is crazy to have those holes open to the atmosphere like that. Get ready for crap to be going in that motor soon.

There is a flat filter that goes in that housing. I been using this system for the last few years and it works great. Like the on in this picture

It dasent get hot at all. Its just the air/vapor coming from the block/valvecover that go in the catch can.

Similar concept. I never saw that one, his is an "L" shape where mine is a "U" shape. Holds the battery better and allows the oem tye down to be used. And I use the flat style filter instead of the round tall one.

I like it. I would send a little note to rotate the battery upon install though to put the posts furthest away from the filter box and logo. Wrenches and greenhorns with batteries...
I'll do something similar with a billet top I think. Have my logo milled into it.
Love it. Great execution.

Thats cool looking, Never had any problems with oil getting out of the can with a setup like that? I assume the N/A stuff you build has enough crankcase pressure to rival even the nastiest of turbo motors.

I like!

I see this becoming all the rage here shortly. Great idea! Hope you can sell a good amount before they become mainstream
