2001 Honda s2000 ~cheap~ (Atlanta, Ga)
Hello IA, I have for sale my 2001 Silverstone Honda s2000. I love this car very much and it's a very fun car to drive, but I need a car with more than two seats. Car has clean and clear title. Car has oem front lip. Kenwood cd/mp3 player with usb front face connection. Interior is in great shape. Car drives amazing and pulls hard every gear. Vtakkk kicks in at 6k rpm. This is also the last year with 9k redline! Car has 137,xxx miles and will be continue going up as it's my dd.
Goods: Tires are still in great shape with lots of life left. Car drives great and I haven't has any problems with it other than what I listed. Great gas mileage and it's priced to sell! Clean title in hand! Fully synthetic oil changed on 09/21/2010. Car was clay-bared, washed, and wax as of 9/21/2010.
Bads: No ac. EVERYTHING is there but previous owner said that it needed a recharge but that wasn't the problem. Shop told me it was the ac compressor. (you can find used ones for less than $250) Car needs the lower control arm bushing. (brand new lower control arms on ebay are $100 shipped) It never bothered me too much too change it out. Only makes a squeaky noise over speed bumps. Needs sidemarkers which are relatively cheap. (less than $30 bucks) Car has a one inch and a half riped on top. I can replace it with a new one but it will cost extra. Has aftermarket rear bumper. (Some might like some will not) Bought it this way and will throw in some aftermarket fenders and bumper to new owner. (Do not have stock rear bumper.)
Overall, the car is a blast to drive. Gets great gas mileage and handles amazing. I can sell the car in many different options. And ac shouldn't be a problem anyways because it's fall! and winter in right around the corner. Heat works perfect!
