Default what manifold and tb for set-up?

b16a head.
port&polished.
buddyclub spec III cams.
buddyclub retainers.
buddyclub valve springs.
skunk2 camgears.
hytech header

b18c1 block.
ctr pistons.
shot peened ls rods.
85mm bored out
acl race bearings

Are you using CTR replica cast pistons?

Based off of the displacement I would say Victor X and 68mm TB. You can go with a bigger TB if you think you need it however to fully utilize it you will need to mod the manifold to fully utilize the larger TB.

But honestly, way to go big on the block/head and skimp and pistons and rods................

Uhh yes! Yes! and YES!
440's should be sufficient for that setup.
