Icon2 Code 15 help... Just a quick question.

So I have a 90 Si Hatch with a d16a, and i noticed that unless it's fully warmed up it wont rev past like 6k, it just falls on it's face like it's not getting fuel. But once it's warmed up FULLY it runs great. Then there has been a couple times when I go to start it it dies right away, or just cranks. Now the PO told me the main relay was going so I figured I would swap it. (I havent yet) So today I checked the ECU just cause (I dont have a CEL) So I'm getting a code 15. Does this sound like the igniter/ignition control module would cause these problems? Thanks!

Code 15 is ignition output signal, could be the dizzy.

Why are you revving a cold engine in the first place?

If you get a vtec engine vtec won't engage till it's

fully warmed up, to keep you from ruining your engine.

It's not a cold engine, I'm not an idiot. It was about 90% temp. And it's a no-tec. The dizzy is new.
