here's a short run down...
1993 Mazda RX7 FD3S RUNS/DRIVES. . 5 speed with no grinds!!. The engine has 27,5xxk miles on it with 120PSI of compression on both rotors on a cold start.
In other words, this is a VERY HEALTHY motor. Oil is changed every 2k miles with Castrol GTX.
:excited:Do not get fooled or buy the wrong RX7.
This one has all the RELIABILITY MODS done. The downfall of the rx7's rotary engine was not because it was poorly designed but because there was too much heat due to the turbos. It is now 2010 and rotary engines have come a long way. If you do these mods, the engine becomes instantly dead reliable and able to live for a long time. That is why the Naturally aspirated 13b rotary engines have owners running their cars up to 200k miles. Because that engine produces way less heat then a turbo motor does. These mods are very expensive and ESSENTIAL for the health and longterm life of the motor. If you buy a car without these mods, chances are, the motor will tank sooner then later. Also if you buy an automatic trans RX7, chances are the motor will die prematurely from the heat the transmission produces. The mods are as follows:
:yes:engine re-built 3mm apexi seals, mild port,forged dowels,everything welded no ebay block off plates etc. ceramic coated/painted engine etc
HKS 1,200$ clutch!+ lightweight flywheel.
engine torque damper.
Intercooler (Apexi) w/ SSQV Blow off valve and hard piping.
HKS Downpipe, midpipe, HKS Hi-power catback 4"
Non-sequential OEM turbos spec-r "02
Removal of the "rat's nest" and all air-pump and emission with block of plates!
Apexi Power FC and commander tuned.
BRIDGE PORTED PLATES+2x850cc PRIMARY INJECTORS 2x1680cc SECONDARY INJECTORS ON 2ND FUEL RAIL
800cc injectors/in tank ump with swirl etc
HKS tunnel ram intake and generic filters.
all new fluids/belts/ everything working at tip tops!!

This car is extremely powerful!! 393whp on low boost 10-8-10 which is practically stock boost.
