So do I need to plug it in? Or just use the one that's on my engine harness? If I can keep the MAP sensor plugged in on the engine harness do I need to pin the cabin harness plug for that?
Thanks a bunch guys

Yes
The wires on your MAP sensor plug on the engine harness end at the shock tower plugs on the passenger side of the engine bay.
Yes. Really you can run the wires from the MAP sensor plug thats part of the cabin harness and pin it in there, or just plug that MAP sensor plug into the MAP sensor.

Well my engine harness and engine from an si(93) civic, so it has the plug on that harness as well, but if the easiest way is to just plug the chassis harness one in and leave the other unplugged ill do that.

adam. make sure your tps and Map are plugged into the correct spots. these are the colors map should be and what pin they belong in at the ecu
D17 = MAP signal (white)
D19 = MAP +5v (yellow/red)
D21 = MAP ground (green/white)
