Default D16Z6/P29 Build Idea... Thoughts?

Thinking about doing this build. Not sure what I'd be tuning with yet, but I'll get to that when I get to that. Almost the entire build (including transmission) can be done for less than $6k with all new parts. What are your thoughts on the build, what can be improved, etc? Just don't come with "Save your money and swap x motor". I'm doing this for the learning experience and because I don't need crazy power.

Engine:
D16Z6
Rebuilt w/OEM Parts
75.5mm NPR P29 Pistons
Shot Peened/Cryo'd Rods
ARP Rod Bolts
ARP Head Studs
Custom CAI
58mm Throttle Body
Edelbrock Performer X
DIY Ported Head
Stage 3 Crower Cam
DC Header (2.5" collector)
2.5" High Flow Cat
2.5" eBay Exhaust

Transmission:
8lb Flywheel
Exedy Stock Clutch/PP
CRX Si Tranny
CRX Si 1-4 Gears
CRX HF 5th Gear
MFactory 4.9 Final Drive
MFactory/Quaife LSD
New OEM Synchros/Bearings

Misc:
Hasport Mounts (Race Urethane)
MFactory Oil Catch Can
Tucked AC Lines
Future: Custom/DIY ITB's and Header

I'd go with different pistons and a head mill. OEM rods are already shot-peened.

The MFactory FD won't work in the cable trans. You would need to use the close gear set instead (same ramp as DOHC ZC 3-5 with 4.9 FD and has better RPM drop).
