1990 JDM EF9 Hesitation/Missfire When Warm
Heres my delema, Ever Since I aquired my 1990 Real RHD EF9 I have been troubled by a Miss/Hesitation. This is the stock B16A obd0.
The car runs perfect when it is cold but as soon as it gets up to running temp things change. At idle every so often the engine will miss, It has slowly gotten worse over the year and now Is quite bad.
Iv replaced the following:
Plugs
Cap
Rotor
Fuel Filter
Inspected the wires
I have a Apexi VAFCII, and while playing with it I could fix the miss at idle if I added a couple percent fuel correction.
Lately the car hesitates and stutters under load while climing rpm. Slowly getting better by about 4000rpm. And sometimes in the higher rpm the car will start hesitating aswell.
Im stumped and tired of throwing parts at the problem Id like the final fix. Does anyone have any ideas?
