Default Quiet 2.5" exhaust?

So I was wondering what I need to do to quiet my exhaust down. I love how it flows right now, but the sound is getting very annoying for a daily driver. Here is set-up now.

-DC 4-1 2.5" header
-magnaflow 2.5" hi-flo cat
-2.5" mandrel bent catback piping
-magnaflow 22" resonator
-magnaflow oval straight through muffler
-magnaflow 4" tip

It sounds pretty good, but just way too loud for a dd. Cruising at speed isnt bad, but accelerating and going up hills is almost deafening. So what can I change to quiet it way down but still keep everything 2.5"?

I had the same problem with my 5Zigen exhaust, I pulled my cat., [no Air Care up here] and installed a 2nd resonator, works for me, doesn't get loud now until WOT. 94

greddy had a funky jdm yo looking muffler called the DT out for awhile. sounds excellent, quiet and had a bypass tube that shot straight through if you pulled the plug. their sp2 is also an excellent muffler.

Isnt 80mm over 3" though? Can they attach that to my 2.5" piping?

And i noticed the ws2 is the type of muffler that has the tip attached. I drive a DA though and have my exhaust set-up for the muffler to sit sideways. Could I cut the tip off and have it welded in place of my magnaflow?

they have a 2.35" if i remember right

personally i like the sp2 over the ws2, listen to both and see what you think

twin loop really is a great way to go but you hardly ever see them on anything but a wealthy itr

My Greddy evo 2 was really quiet. I couldn't even hear it when it was idling, and had a good sound too. It also comes with two resonators to help keep it quiet.

Im running a Spoon street silencer which is quite enough for dd but sounds perfect when driving less than casually.

Okay, I think alot of you guys have misunderstood my question. Besides, most these exhaust mentioned are not even made for a DA.

I do not want to buy a new exhaust, my exhaust is less than 6 months old. I'm looking for what can be done to make what I have on my car quieter. Like switching to another muffler, different resonator or something.

Already have a big *** 22" magnaflow resanator. No room to add that also, and I doubt switching to a dynomax brand would be quieter than what I have anyway.

Yeah, I'm trying to work with what I got for now. I'd rather spend $100 for a muffler installed instead of 5-600 for a whole exhaust.

Anybody every hear one of these on a Honda? http://www.summitracing.com/parts/JEX-Q524A/

Buddy had one on a GTP and it sounded very, very nice. Super quiet but still had a nice tone you could hear. I realize it may sound nothing like that on my car though. It is chambered and 2.5" though, so at the very least it should be quieter than what I have.
