Default replace my old sphericals? FROMWHERE!

years ago (like, 7 or 8) i bought ITR rear lower control arms from some dude on here. they has spherical ball bearing setups in them, brand new

now they are shot to all hell. thousands of track miles, and street miles, and they suck.

do i need dimensions of them (ID of the sleeve, thickness, monoball-size,etc), or does somebody make a setup for ITR -sized bushings?

anybody know?

Call me, I have replacement Hardrace Hard Rubber bushings that should fit.
Do you have the Type R Pressed Steel rear LCA's? If you use the car on the street you really don't need Sphericals.

I'm working on the same situation but on my rear camber arm. Looking to replace them with Aurora bearing ( http://www.aurorabearing.com/ ). Basically you will need the OD of bearing and ID diameter that fits into the sleeve if used. ID for the bolt that will go through it. If possible look to see if the bearing being replace will have a zerk grease fitting which will help keeping grease inside and keep the bearing lasting a longer.

i mainly bought the LCAs years ago because they were a good deal (yeah, they are the pressed steel Rear LCAs), and i needed type R or 88 CRX lcas with the konis i had.

while i spend a lot more time in the car on track, i do a thousand or more miles a year on the street, and run errands in it when its nice out. i'll never take it completely off the street, thats kind of a personal goal.

i think the dude i bought these from might have been you kiwi...not sure. did you sell these years ago? this was when i first joined HT
