Default Question about a numerically higher final drive?

Does let's say a 4.785 final drive cause the car to "jerk" more than a 4.4 would when tethering the gas pedal? Would the 4.785 cause more bucking?

"jerk"? bucking?

you will get slightly more compression braking at the same speeds if that's what you're referring to.
