Default B20 VTEC

Sorry i didnt know were tu put this but here it goes. Im in the process of b20vtec built. I have a 2001 B20z with around 50k miles on it and a 99 gsr head with a skunk2 pro series manifold. I ask around if the arp head stud were really necessary since i have the stock gsr, they told me for my built its ok to use the stock ones. also wanted to get arp rod bolts and a guy told me i had to get new bearings ect.. since im opening the block. also would anyone here know were to get a good deal on this parts: gsr arp head bolts and arp rod bolts. i seen the arp head bolts on ebay for around 120-130 shipped and the arp rod bolts for 45-60 shipped. if any one knows were i could get a better deal? thanks.

since my english grammer is awful this is my point.

Are the arp head bolts necessary for my built? stock block stock head.

are the rod bolts direct install since i was told i need to rebult the block? -_-'

link to a good store?
