question about switching heads (UNGENT HELP NEEDED)
I have a stock b18c from a ITR with a standard b18c4 head (on a MB6), i will be buying a b16 type r head and cams tomorrow, i plan puting the b16 type r head on the ITR block.
will this be a good combination? better than my MB6 current setup and will it push the same power as a standard civic type r?
I know i will need a remap and a new intake manifold but anything else i should be aware of? timing belt???
Thanks in advance
Sye

all the same inerchagebility... lower compression with the ITR head vs a GSR head offset by a better valvejob with the ITR head and thin stemmed valves.
I personally would not buy the ITR head and use that money to buy bigger cams and valvesprings then install that in the GSR head...you get more power with that route...but thats just me.
