I've been in the process of getting together all the components I need to replace my fuel tank. I've got pretty much all the parts I need to connect to the tank, but there's something on the car that I'm going to need to replace and I have no idea what it's called. I've referred to two different service manuals which weren't helpful and I don't know what to search for at all; I'm clueless. I've provided a picture below. I'm hoping someone can recognize it and shed some light on the situation for me.

 

I think I figured it out. Fuel feed pipe? Depresses me to look underneath this car. Ohio winters suck.
