04 EX Electrical problems! Please Take a Look!

04 EX Electrical problems! Please Take a Look!
Ok, so I started having electrical problems with my 04 ex the other day, started with a battery light. battery was pretty new, regardless, got a new one, same issue. Took the altenator out, had it bench tested, it tested fine.
I took the ground cable from the battery and completely cleaned and scuffed every connecting surface.
I have no idea where to look now, On my way home tonight, everything shut off, all gauges, radio, everything, windows were very hard to get up.
The car is flashing random check engine light codes. po420 for the cat and one for a knock sensor. Car is bone stock
Any help is GREATLY appreciated!
