I live in Melbourne, Florida but i would be willing to travel and meet up with you if you are serious. This car is 100% a daily driver, i kept all creature comforts (wifes car) and there are absolutely no driveability issues. The exhaust is quiet, and the a/c is cold. Car gets over 300 miles per tank. Only premium chevron, or bp gas was used.
The chassis has approx 85k the motor has 52k all work and service done by me, and with genuine honda parts, and fluids. I am a 7 year certified Honda Master tech ( such a cliche i know, lol ).
