my honda crx 1991 si model problems need help

My door ajar and my seatbelt light keep turning off and on all different times of the day. My door is completely shut and my seatbelt is on, does anyone know what i should do?

I would replace the sensor on the door as far as the whole seat belt light, I have no clue on that one.
