Hello,

I have a Honda accord 2002 EX 4 cylinder v-tec. 109,000 miles. I started noticing a bad vibration whenever I started the car in the morning or when it had been sitting for over eight hours or so. It started to get worse going from park to reverse to drive. I took it to a Amco transmission place they told me it was the trany so i had it replaced. However, i just got it back and its still just as bad! I am very pissed at the transmission place but thats besides the point I just want to fix my car so I can get around town. I also replaced all my belts and radiator pretty recently if that matters. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated!

If the rear engine mount isn't broken, you probably just need the throttle body/IAC cleaned and an idle adjustment.
