so i finaly got my d15b vtec to fire but it runs really rough and barely at all the firing order seems right but i did just swap the guts to my dizzy if i messed it up would it run at all? anybody have any ideas?

 

i have spark to all cylinders by the way

 

only codes are 21,22 vtec not hooked up seems to be running on 1 or 2 cylindersanybody have a clue.....please?

it doesnt sound like a ground issue, i don't think it will run if it's not grounded.

The firing order seems right? better find a diagram to make sure, when i had my firing order off it ran but really rough.

 

check your timing belt, spark plug wires, ECU wiring, Etc. anything that was modified.

Did you do the DPFI to MPFI swap yourself?

 

it was an si, and ive got power to all injectors, all plugs spark, im getting a buddy to run his timing light over but if anyone has any other ideas im open to suggestions, im gunna look real close at all my wiring

 

What ecu are you running, and did you remove you resisor box to you injector.

 

aha got it wire got cut during the swap, but im still only running on 3 cylinders, next question how do you tell if an injector is firing? they have voltage

 

p28 virgin and yes no resistor by the way

 

put a screw driver on the injector put it to ur ear u should hear a clickin noise from each, when u did the multi point conversion did u connect both yellow/black wires from the dual ponit primary and secondary injectors together?

 

it was an si mpfi, so my number three injector doesnt work but its getting power wtf?
