FS - Brand New AFI/Garrett Custom Turbo Kit

For sale is a custom AFI/Garrett Turbo Kit
-Worth $4500+
-Built and made by TheShodan himself.
-Fits 92-2000 Civics and 94-01 Integras.
I bought the turbo kit for $3700 from a member on here who originally bought the turbo kit from TheShodan. He decided to back out of his project and sell the turbo kit. The kit is still brand new, never installed or used. I never had the money to finish my project so I am backing out of the car scene until I finish school and actually have the money instead of saving up every penny.
Anyways about this kit. The information about this kit is information provided from TheShodan himself. I asked him about the kit right after recieving it from the seller. The kit will include:
-Garrett GT3540S
"Anywho, the GT3540S is a Journal bearing version similar to the GT3582R. It uses the exact same compressor wheel, with a slightly larger exhaust wheel in a .63A/R housing (yes, .63A/R, with the CORRECT exhaust wheel). I have a video of a similar car in a 9.2:1 compression ratio only at 16psi and was at 446whp on 93 octane. that's about as far as I would go before going to race fuel. It was high heat ceramic coated (that's worth over $180 just in the correct coating)"

-Garrett Single Back Door Huge FMIC
"The intercooler is good to over 600whp bar & plate and was anodized by a military contractor. No candy anodizing. This is a very sturdy anodizing that doesn't chip off."
-Tial 38mm MVS Wastegate
"This uses a high pressure 38mm mvs wastegate. you would use a small gate centrally located on the manifold. I am VERY proud of this kit. There is one small upgrade to the turbocharger that can make over 680whp-700whp +, so let me know if you're interested in that option. (You can ask him to do you this for if you wanted to make much more power)"
-AFI charge pipings anodized black
-AFI 3" downpipe
"The downpipe is a full 3" made for that turbine housing"
-Dumptube
-All the fittings/clamps/couplers
I am asking $3450 OBO for this turbokit because I gave my brother the Tial 50mm BOV for his car. So this kit does NOT come with a BOV.
I will not part this turbo kit out.
I am not looking to trade.
I will ship to the lower 48 states only at the buyers expense/paypal fees.
I will allow local pickups.
