Default K20a3 swap for RSX-S

Found a k20a3, off a Civic Si "EP3", long-block for a really good price, the motor would be going into my RSX Type S.

Would this be a straight and easy swap ?
What do I need?

You might ask yourself, why would I downgrade. Simple, I'm on a budget and need a motor.

K24 definitely. I'd love to do a K24 hybrid in my ep3 just to feel better about it, but given your situation, it might be a great idea!

hmmm..

I can get an ep3 motor for 400$, that would be doubling what i have, but would it be worth it in the long run , like maybe perhaps swap the head later on ?
Would a k24 bolt up without any kits of any kind, and also a k24 off what car.
The accord or tsx or crv ?

Before I get spoon-fed, let me try to find some of those answers..

tsx or newer crv motor will work...the one thru hmotors i believe is from a crv...all your mounts/axels/type-s trans/whatnot will stay the same!
