Like the title says I'm looking to built a b20 vtec since my itr mild built was stolen a month ago. I need info on what to buy and to make at least 215hp to 230hp. This is going to be a street car ocasionally A DD from home to work and back. I need all info for a nice build. Anyone with a good setup please let me know ur setup. I already have a itr head fully p&p both exhuast and intake side 3 angle valve job full supertech valve train with bronze valve giude and mill don't know how much is the mill. Has no cams, manifold, tb, just the head itself.

Thanks for the info... I tried searching for it but some of the info gave me info on how to build a reliable b20 vtec and that wasn't the info I need.
