I just bought RS side skirts today but the premade holes on the side skirt wouldn't match up to the holes where the mudflaps use to be mounted and it seems that its too short. Are these common problems? where do you mount the other end of the side skirt (the rear) since there isnt a hole in the wheel well for it? I'm allowed to return it and get a new pair in 3 days, should i just do that?
Donr know about the RS sides, but when I went to mount my type Z sideskirts, there were no premade holes.
Self tapping screws do wonders. I used a drill to drive them in, 2 on each side and 2 along the door sill, painted with touch up.

Was yours too short also? so i would to have to drill into the metal flap of the fender where you would flatten when you roll fenders?
Mine were a little short. But a little heat from a heat gun (or blow dryer), to form the ends of the sideskirts, should take care of that.
Also, the car itself does not have holes for the skirts to be bolted to. They need to be drilled. If I remember correctly, i think there are several small indentations on the inner fender to use as a reference. But I cant remember if I actually used those marks when mounting mine.
