I seen eg seats in a ef sedan can anyone help me with a link on how do do this? I read that only three out of four bolt will work what is this about?

Also I seen people on here changing lower center consels to DC's and newer civic ones can I change my shifter with the Park, nutral, drive and reverse idicators as well? I have an automatic.

And last question what cluster can I fit in my 1989 DX sedan i'm not picky just really want to change mine....

I personally have DC seats in my 88 Sedan. Not sure but im thinking the seat bolt patterns are different when dealing with a 88 VS 89, 90, 91. I do remember that the right side of the seat rails bolt up perfect. The left side requires some fenagling. IT can be done just need time, patience and a drill and a cut off wheel. Oh yeah, Big washers help too. As for the rear seats.... i dunnot about that. I noticed the 88-89 sedan rear seats dont fold down like the 90-91's but i have been wanting to modifying the rear to accept the little chingaderas that allow the sealts to fold down. IT looke like you can just drill out the spot welds for those things and weld them in on the 88-89's

 

My 88 sedan rear seats fold down. There is a lock in the center of the rear speaker deck. I have an LX if that makes a difference.

 

rear seats in all the 88-91 sedans fold down. there is a key hole to open it in the cabin near the third brake light. then inside the trunk, there is a pull lever somewhat in the center.

 

Cool someone eles from LA on this thing were you stay by? Let me scope out some pics of the integra seats in you 4dr I might just go to the junk year and get some of those instead. Later on I wanna put those 1990 1991 4door civic back seats that fold down when you have a system it bumps louder with that seat down the homie has it like that siick!

 

This is the 2nd 4door i've had 1989 both DX and they didnt have the key hole and the seats dont go down in the junk yeards I see them on the 1990 and 1991 sedans

No not today I was sanding down my car some more and the mail man brought me these....



I ordered them on friday they got here today ill post pics with them on in the morning ...

 

My 88 DX does not have the seats that fold down...dunno why... stupid DX..lol
