Custom ZC Intake Manifold... Who said No Performance for the ZC?

My custom intake manifold I had built from a friend.. I took all the measurements off a B18c1 STR Intake manifold to make it. The ZC flange was chopped right off and the runners were welded directly to it.
The throttle body is a 80mm GM LS1. It has a 3wire TPS like hondas. Still need a few things before I install it.

A shot of my new exhaust manifold.. Equal length, running a T-4 60-1 Turbo & Tial 40mm Wastegate..
I missed this race season getting this thing done.. getting very close now, might get one run in mid Oct.

how much did u spend to build the manifold+plus ur hours? would u build another 1?? how about for a ls??
Wow, That manifold loooks sweet, especially for someone w/ clearence isues like myself. B16w/ air. With that set up I could keep both. Nice work.
ricodemus - A local race exhaust shop in my area made it for me.. Its all custom of course.. Yes the car will be intercooled, with a custom setup.
JCracer723 - I didnt make it, and I dont think the exhaust shop that did it will do it without having the car their. Since it was custom fitted for everything. How much did I spend on it.. $600 not including the flanges, so about $725 for everything. All done in stainless. (couple hours to polish it)
TheJuggalo - Intercooler pipes where one of my biggest concerns, I wasnt sure which intercooler I was going to use at the time it was made, But its almost done now. I am using a Homemade Custom Air-Water setup (saab core/custom box) The charge pipe goes through the firewall directly to the air-water intercooler, and back out into the throttle body. Some Mustangs use setups like this, since their is no room in front of their cars. This way was the best to go, so I wouldnt have to make charge pipes all over my car, The pipes are short, and stay very cool. The downpipe is about 2.5 feet long and exits right by the front RH tire.
Thanks for the comments guys.. Its taking along time for this **** to start finally coming together.
