This header has the best clearence if it fits in a CRX it will gfit the prelude chassis no problem at all you will need to modify the flange on ur exhaust but other than that you will be good.

You happen to have the shifter cables as well? Have seen a couple doing the combo for a bill, and I'd certainly do the same if you had both?
