Hii allll....... I just replaced my gf's rear motor mount with a non OEM non hydyraulic type...wasn't too sure about using that part but due to cash issues...had to...I blocked the vent line at junction with a small bolt..the line went to the air intake...But since the replacement..She was driving down hill with about 1/8 tank of gas and ran out of gas..no light...the light hasn't been coming on when low anyways..Added gas to tank and it ran...why wouldn't the pump pick up gas if it was in there?? The engine has over 100k miles....I read the posts about fuel pump issues, but just wondering if i should take fuel pump out to inspect/clean or if the non oem part affected it somehow?? Can jacking up the front end mess with the fuel system somehow??Not too sure about Honda systems...Any Good advice out there??
