88-89 tail lights > 90-91 tail lights.

What're you doing for reverse lights now?

DONT get an Ek center console, the cup holders SUCK!!! I personally like the Dc center console, cup holders work great and your drink wont spill when you take off quick. I know Dc Integra clusters have been swapped in before so it is possible. For your front seat question the possibilitys are endless and yes i do believe the rear seats swap over. good luck with your build.
