Not sure what you're asking. But you'd have better luck in the classic cars section.

throw in a b-series... hasport makes mounts for them, or you could wait and throw in a D because supposedly they're gonna start coming out with mounts for those engines too...

or you could do what you'll probably end up doing and just sell it. after you find out how much of a pain it is to find parts and research along with the cost of the parts, you'll just cop out and buy an EG. if not, i'll be surprised..

what do you plan on doing with the car? road racing? autocrossing? track days? drag racing? just "rollin wit my homEZ"? or hardparkin?.. that should help us deduce answers for you.

yeah no kidding... i've seen too many good rexes and civics go to waste because people start tearing them up and figure out they aren't like the 88+ models and just give up...

i'm sorry, what? that's one long sentence.

what "harders" did you find for it? not many are made anymore especially because it's a siamese head..

That is the best question. Unless you know where you want to end up, its hard to say where to start. The other big question is; how automotively inclined are you? Are you comfortable rewiring 1/2 the car to do an engine swap? Can you weld? Can you make your own parts? Stuff is getting harder and harder to find for the '84-'87s.

If you are just looking for a fun daily-drivable car thats kinda quick but not super fast, you could do a D16A1 swap out of an Integra in literally a weekend, if you know what you are doing.

If you are looking to build an autocross car, then your going to have to find a lot of suspension stuff, and motor is less important.
