i had a d16 z6 wit greddy turbo in 91 si rex boostn 10 lbs ran 13.8 @98 mph ....now i got a mini me wit rev hard turbo........use si tranny and 90integra ecu for better fuel and redline .... and the normal bolt ons intake header exhaust .... unless you go turbo like meeh....have fun

You have to use your Si tranny - it bolts up perfectly to the Z6.
You can't use the Z6 tranny because the mounts are in different locations.
I think if anything you'll be gaining performance by using a Si tranny over the Z6 tranny anyways.
As far as mods go - you can do anything to a Z6 that you can do to a A6.
