FS: H22A Motor For Sale FULLY Built N/A

Please make me an offer on what you think all this is worth.
What you see in the add and pictures is what you get.
I am selling a fully built n/a h22a motor
I have all the receipts for everything that was purchased for it. A lot of money has been put in to this and i just don't have the time to finish it.
The block was sent to a company in the states called Laskey Racing. The block is a Benson sleeved block and Benson balanced and micropolished crank. It was fitted with 11.5:1 compression CP Pistons and Crower Maxi-light rods. ACL bearings were also done and balance shafts have been removed. It has an oem oil pump. Full Blueprint and Balance was done as well.
The head was sent to the states as well to a place called Port Flow Design. There the head was ported and polished, high flow steep intake radius intake valve job, full radius exhaust valve job, deshroud valves and polish chambers, surface deck to mirror finish and debur edges and bronze valve guides were also installed. Laskey Racing also installed the Skunk2 titanium springs and retainers as well as the Skunk2 high compression valves.
