Default Backspacing for wheels

How much backspacing would you want on an EF civic with 13x8 wheels? 5" of backspacing?

Looking for what people run... for autocross (SP/P)

On which end of the car and for what tires? For the rear 5" is about right (5.25 might be doable, but I haven't measured that), for the front, 5.75" should work when using the Hoosier A6. If you go into the cantilever slicks used in P, I've got no idea but 5" sounds safe.
