Default Alignment Specs?

So I'm getting an alignment done on Friday for this weekend's AutoX event. I'm wondering what people run for alignment specs? I don't want anything too aggressive; the car is my DD as well. I have the following suspension mods:

'95 Integra LS

Koni Yellows
Eibach Prokit Springs
ES Bushings (Including RTA)
Skunk2 Pro UCAs
K-Sport Rear Toe Adjuster
Front & Rear Strut Bar
ST 21mm Rear Sway Bar

225/45-15 Z214 C71 Compound

I'm thinking I'll just use the Type R specs, only with 2.5 deg front camber. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Richard

EDIT: Also, I don't have Adjustable rear UCAs.

It's not like he asked an unreasonable question. He can search all day long but in the end it cones down to personal preference.

OP I personally run 1/16th of an inch toe out up front, -3 degrees frt and -2 rear with 0 toe. I like how the car felt with this setup at Sebring. I also had the car corner balanced with this setup.

I have run several setups on my 95 hatch and this has been the best for me. This might be too aggressive for the street but it's up to you.

Good luck.

I've been running 0' toe front and rear on all my daily driver & autocross Integras and Civics for many years; works fine and tire wear is reasonable.
-2 to -2.5 front camber shouldn't wear down the insides too fast if you rotate the tires and run a little less camber in the rear (I use washers under the rear LCA to body bolts).

Unreasonable ... depends. redundant.. yes.
Search "alignment" brings back 250 hits, searching "integra alignment" brings back 142 hits.
Of those there are several that talk about various set ups which he is looking for.

Searching is encouraged here, as this question, and many others pretaining to car set up has been covered many many times.
Lots of reading, and research will find you the correct answer,or you can judge the general consensus of what the majority is doing.
Creating a new thread because they didnt want to do the work themselves, and want someone to tell them how to set up their car is just lazy.
Searching can be intimidating, and tedious but you have to all remember here.. this is a RR Auto X Forum.
Its been around for a while now, and many many questions have been covered.
A little reading wont hurt you.

I get it but it isn't like the question was ridiculous. I used to search all the time on here before the software change and now I don't bother. You have better luck searching google and finding an h-t archive.
