CEL won't flash code when jumpers used
Just finished swapping in a 95 H22A engine into my 95 Civic hatch.
Fired it up and the CEL is on. No biggie, I'll throw the jumpers in there to flash the code and see what it is. Only problem is that when I turn it back on, it doesn't appear to be saving the code and the CEL light just stays on without flashing anything.
Take the jumpers out, fire it back up, and back to CEL.
Any thoughts on what causes this?
The car is being tuned using Crome and I have put a decent map into it for starters.

make sure that you have a good connection with a jumper wire or paper clip. Happened to me and it was just because It wasnt a good connection.
Did some more reading and it sounds like if you get a solid CEL when using jumpers it's a problem directly associated with the ECU itself. Can anyone confirm that?
