SCAMMER! BUYERS BEWARE!

BEWARE! scammer! sold me an eagle forged crank that was pretty much classified as a paper weight!! it was nothing like described, seller will not respond to any private messages, nor call me back. DO NOT PURCHASE GOODS FROM THIS PERSON! i will now have to bring him to small claims court/file a claim with paypal and pursue accordingly.

thats exactly what im doing today for the original amount, if this falls thru i will pursue small claims court for the entire amount spent. looks like a possible road trip. the kid wont man up or accept he scammed me. wont return any emails, pms etc. its the only option i guess.
