Default 96 Integra stock radio won't hold security code after key off

Hey I'm having a weird problem that I can't figure out and search couldn't help me so I decided to make a thread. I'm putting my 96 GSR back to stock which includes taking the aftermarket headunit out and putting the stock radio in. I have the code for the radio and the radio works fine once its put in but I key off the ignition and once I key it back on, its asking for the code again.

I'm not running the 6 disk changer in the back but should that matter? All the fuses and wires look good so I'm stumped. Any ideas?

Make sure the blue/white wire has power with the key off...

I'll check that out, it probably isn't getting power with the key off. Thanks.

As far as I know they are. I used a radio harness as to not damage the stock wiring when I put the aftermarket deck in, so I'm pretty sure everything is still intact. I'll have to double check everything since there is obviously a problem.
